2. Booking & Payment Policy
Full payment is required to confirm your registration.
No spot is reserved without full payment.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
No Refund: If canceled within 7 days of the retreat start date.
4. Participant Responsibilities
Respect the retreat space, other participants, and facilitators.
Follow all safety guidelines.
Disclose any medical conditions before attending.
5. Health & Safety
Participants should be physically and mentally fit for the retreat.
The retreat is for relaxation and personal growth; it is not a substitute for medical treatment.
Organizers are not responsible for personal injuries.
6. Use of Media & Photography
We may capture photos/videos for marketing purposes.
If you do not wish to be featured, please inform us in writing before the event.

CAP Academy is not responsible for any personal loss, damage, or injury.
Participation in activities is at your own risk.
We are not liable for any unforeseen circumstances such as weather disruptions or emergency cancellations.
